A single supplier for a farm’s
entire hardware stack.

KeMuHua was founded in 2016 to solve a problem every farm builder knows: a modern livestock facility is assembled from dozens of suppliers, each with its own lead times, tolerances and excuses.

We brought research, design, production, sales, installation and after-sales service under one roof — then built five automated production bases to give that promise real capacity. Today the range covers twelve product families and every system a pig, cattle, sheep or poultry operation depends on.

For farms at home and abroad, that means one contract, one delivery schedule and one point of accountability. It removes the coordination cost that quietly erodes project margins — and it is why more than fifty thousand farms have chosen to build with us.

Six systems.
One continuous line of responsibility.

Each system is engineered to interface with the next — the pen sits on the slat, the slat drains to the separator, the fan moves the air above it. Buying them from one source is not convenience; it is how the tolerances hold.

Farrowing crates in European and domestic specification, gestation stalls, nursery pens, fattening and boar pens. Hot-dip galvanised tube frames with composite, stainless or PVC panelling.

The problem
Conventional slats corrode, deform, clog and harbour bacteria. Every replacement is a cost, every rough surface an injury.
The patent
A composite structure that lifts load-bearing and corrosion resistance by a wide margin, produced on precision moulds so each panel is dimensionally exact, fits tight and installs fast.

Smarter feeding, less waste

The problem
Feed is scattered, intake is uneven, and damp leftovers turn into mould — all of it paid for twice, once at purchase and again in lost daily gain.
The patent
A trough geometry that widens the feeding area and optimises the feed-surface angle, so every animal reaches the same ration at the same ease. Smooth interior surfaces keep cleaning simple.

Five bases.
One standard.

Capacity is not a promise we make on a website. It is equipment you can walk through: welding robots, injection moulders, robotic pick-and-place arms, laser cutters, automatic tube benders, CNC press brakes, four-column hydraulic presses and fully automated concrete-slat lines.

    Origin

    Company founded around farm equipment demand. Started from sales and took root in the livestock market fast.

    Full commitment to manufacturing. Production of livestock equipment begins in earnest.

    Key manufacturing technologies introduced and plastics entered. First modern production base commissioned.

    Second base completed with 150+ automated machines. A dedicated environmental equipment plant follows.

Installation is handled by our own people — technicians, team leads and project managers trained inside the company, most with more than a decade on site. When something does go wrong, the clock starts immediately.

Twelve-month warranty

Every unit carries a one-year warranty from the day installation completes. Under normal use, non-human damage is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Year two onward

Out of warranty, KeMuHua covers the labour. Replacement parts are charged at cost — no margin added, no minimum order.

03

Breakdown protocol

Within two years of warranty expiry, repairs are billed at half rate with parts at cost. Response within 24 hours, fault cleared within 72.
